Linrand entered over 30 swimmers in the recent CGA Junior Short Course Championships. This is the prestige end-of-winter competition for children aged 9 to 13 years. It was held at the Region B Council indoor swimming pool in Linden, a lovely venue surrounded by lawns and trees. Over the sunny weekend, nearly 400 swimmers competed for points and various trophies. Linrand swimmers did exceptionally well, ranking 5th at the end of the gala out of 14 participating clubs.
